Founded by James Hill, a skilled refinisher with roots in the vehicle paint and bodywork trade, Hills Auto Detailing started where real craftsmanship lives - in the workshop, not the office - with a paint gun in hand and a drive to do things better.
James began his career at Hills Car Body Repairs - his dad’s family-run garage and the top Google-reviewed body shop in London. There, he built his skills from the ground up - working on thousands of vehicles and developing the meticulous attention to detail that now defines Hills Auto Detailing.
After spending 10 years in the car painting and bodywork industry - refining finishes, restoring paint and perfecting the smallest details - James saw firsthand what really works on cars and what doesn’t. He learned how products behave in real environments, how finishes wear over time and what separates a quick fix from a lasting result.
